Shipping Policy

  • Order cut off time

The estimated delivery time will be calculated based on the time we receive your order (before or after our order cutoff time).

Our cut off time is 12:00 PM EST, all orders received after cut off time will be process on the following business day.

  • Handling & processing time

All orders are processed (Shipped) within 2 to 3 days (Mon-Fri) after receiving your order request. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

  • Transit time

Our carrier transit time is from 1 to 2 days (Mon-Fri), unless you choose another available paid shipping method.

Please note that paid shipping method is not available in all areas, by default free shipping will be available where not possible to offer paid shipping.

  • When should I expect to receive my package?

To obtain an estimated delivery day, you have to sum handling time plus transit time, taking in consideration the order cut off time and your location within United States.

  • Shipping fee

We offer 3 to 5 days free of charge shipping within United States.

You can also select other paid shipping method if available during your purchase, shipping price will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Where do we ship to?

We ship to all territories of United States.

Due to carriers limitations, we do not ship to P.O. Box or FPO/APO addresses.

  • Local delivery

We offer local delivery within a radius of 3 miles from our location (86 Lackawanna Ave, Woodland Park, NJ 07424).

  • In-store pickup

If the product you are buying has available pickup in your area, It will be displayed during your check out.

  • International Shipping

At the moment we do not offer international shipping. As an option you can use a 3rd party courier company of your preference to export your products.
